The Associate of Science degree or the Chemistry minor requires a minimum of 24 hours of coursework in chemistry.

Standards Required to Enter the Gateway Courses:

CHE-125 is the first course taken in the minor. The standards required to take this course are met Math preparatory requirement and either completion of CHE-110 with a grade of "C" or better OR one year of high school chemistry and one of the following acceptable scores: ACT Math (21 or above).
