Program Description
Learning Outcomes
Upon completion of this program, students will be able to:
Utilize fundamental biblical and theological concepts for leadership and management in the organization and mission.
Demonstrate foundational leadership and management practices.
Demonstrate basic knowledge, skills, and abilities to organize, lead, and multiply missional initiatives that engage multiple constituencies.
Articulate a foundational perspective on life calling, self-leadership, and career within the context of faith- oriented and mission-driven organizations.
Admissions Requirements for this Program
Proof of standard high school diploma or GED certification.
Graduation Requirements for this Program
Completion of 60 semester hours.
Completion of the required core courses with a GPA of 2.0 or higher.
Cumulative GPA of 2.0 or higher.
Completion of 24 hours of general education requirements as specified (CAPS - General Education Requirements).
Payment of all tuition and fees is required to receive a diploma.
