The Associate of Science degree with a major in Mission-Driven Leadership provides a foundational framework of leadership and mission primarily within Gospel-centered organizations, including churches, Christian non-profits, and other parachurch organizations. The program is also highly relevant in other organizational contexts, especially for leaders or organizational members who are faith-based or positively faith-leaning in their perspectives. The program combines relevant education in ministry concepts, leadership, and biblical studies to provide a foundation for leaders in any of these organizations.
