Program Description
The Applied Mission-Driven Leadership undergraduate certificate offers its graduates the opportunity to apply the credits toward IWU degree programs, including the Associates/Bachelor's degree with a major in Mission-Driven Leadership and the Bachelor's degree with a major in Organizational Leadership.
Learning Outcomes
Upon completion of this program, students will be able to:
Integrate leadership perspectives into personal and professional purpose.
Articulate a foundational perspective on life purpose.
Demonstrate fundamental knowledge, skills, and abilities related to leading self and others.
Admissions Requirements for this Program
Accepted as regular degree-seeking student or as an unclassified student.
Unclassified student requires proof of high school graduation.
Associated with a partner institution of the IWU Bridge Initiative. Use elsewhere must be approved the Program Director or Division Chair.
Completion of Foundations of Mission-Driven Ministry Leadership or Foundations of Mission-Driven Marketplace Leadership undergraduate certificate.
Graduation Requirements for this Program
Completion of 18 semester hours from the courses specified in the certificate program
Minimum grade of “C” in each course.
Payment of all tuition and fees is required to receive a certificate.
