Explore the types and styles of leadership.
Apply the Pillars of Excellence model to the governance and leadership of highly reliable healthcare organizations.
Examine the impact of healthcare trends and issues on healthcare organizations’ people, performance, and policy.
Describe the public policy development process that guides the delivery and financing of the U.S. healthcare system.
Apply virtuous business concepts to leadership in the healthcare industry
Admissions Requirements for this Program
Accepted as a regular degree-seeking student or as an unclassified student.
Unclassified student requires proof of high school graduation or GED certification.
Graduation Requirements for this Program
Completion of 12 credit hours.
Minimum grade of “C” in each course.
Payment of all tuition and fees is required to receive certificate.
