The Honors Scholarship Project (Research, Service Learning, Creative) is completed over the course of two semesters. Students decide with their faculty mentors how the 3-credit requirement will be distributed across the two semesters. Students may petition to pursue an HSP of more than 3 credits (up to 6 credits). If a student’s disciplinary major includes a research capstone experience, the HSP will overlap with this project. If not, the HSP will still apply as an upper-divisional elective within a student’s disciplinary major.
